The path that led Lindsey to Side Note began nearly a decade ago. After graduating engineering school, Lindsey immersed herself in the music industry and quickly rose in rank. She first worked at Chicago Trax Recording Studios with the band Ministrey and then working directly for the artist R. Kelly, Rakim, DJ Hi-Tek as well as worked in Tour Production for the artist Nelly, Cash Money, Amerie and B2K. Her Record Label experience began with Timbaland's Beat Club Records and then moving to New York to work under Wayne Williams in the A&R department for Jive Records. Lindsey's album credits include R. Kelly, Syleena Johnson, Eamon, Nivea, Snoop Dogg, Charlie Wilson and Raheem Devaughn, In all these years, she developed strong, far-reaching relationships and friendships that continue to this day. As Executive Producer at CRC she has been introduced to a new world: advertising. While the music and advertising industries couldn't have been more different, she saw a common thread: both wanted to work with the other but didn't know how. She did. And now we have Side Note.

Nick Bobetsky

Major Artist Producer

Nick eats, sleeps, breathes (insert any other metaphors that apply) independent music. The Senior Vice President of Milan Records (an independent label distributed by Ryko/Warner Music Group) Nick has signed and developed a diverse range of artists including. The Devil Makes Three, The Dead Trees, Alaska in Winter, Emilie Simon and West Indian Girl. He has also played an integral role in acquiring and marketing many notable soundtracks including Pan’s Labyrinth, City of God, Once Upon a Time in Mexico, Eurotrip, The Island, and Dexter. He has acted as music supervisor on a variety of independent films and has managed and consulted emerging artists including The Subjects and many others at Milan. Working with Lindsey and SideNote Nick opens the gates to the Indie Music world.

Marcus Spence

Independent Artist Producer

Marcus is the President of Timbaland’s highly celebrated record label “Mosley Music Group,” his interest in all artists and music shows in the diversity of their clients. Multi-platinum pop, hip-hop, r&b, and rock artists such as Nelly Furtado, Chris Cornell, One Republic, Keri Hilson and Timbaland himself, call Mosley Music Group home. This cross-pollination of talent and style has led to massive hits that have transcended music categories. Combined with Marcus’s ethical and affable nature (not exactly guaranteed in the music business) he has become a well-respected and influential figure in the music business. Not to mention that Grammy Award-winning producer Randy Jackson invites him to speak in his class at UCLA. Marcus has access to some of the great major resources with in the Major Recording Artist circles helping to connect the dots.

Mike Gullickson

Marketing & Strategy

In 2003, CRC shipped him out to Hollywood to run Patches Sound. In 2006 - against their better judgment - they had him travel back-and-forth to help with aspects of CRC. Through his hard work and endless travel schedule Mike has met and befriended a lot of folks in the ad world and has learned that in the end, clients use you if they like you and your company does a good job. Mike ­ and everyone else at Side Note ­ will work tirelessly to hit on both counts.
